Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy

The Service is intended for use by schools and educational institutions. Individual users (parents, students, and staff) access SwiftCampus through accounts and roles provisioned by their institution. Schools are responsible for managing accounts, permissions, and training authorised staff. You must keep login credentials confidential.

SwiftCampus is licensed, not sold. The Company grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Service for the subscription period. Users must not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, sublicense, or resell the Service. Misuse or unauthorised access may result in suspension or termination.

Schools are responsible for: (a) the accuracy and completeness of all data they upload or enter; (b) ensuring only authorised personnel have administrative privileges; (c) complying with applicable laws when collecting and processing student and staff data; (d) using secure credentials and following best practices for account security.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and financial data (including SSL/TLS, role-based access control, encrypted backups, and periodic security reviews). However, no system is immune to attack. The Company will inform affected parties and take remediation steps in case of a confirmed breach. Schools must report suspected misuse to the Company immediately.

Subscription fees and billing terms are set out in the separate subscription agreement. Fees are typically non-refundable unless expressly agreed. Online fee collections by parents or guardians are processed via third-party payment gateways. The Company does not directly store full card numbers or bank credentials; these are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.
Online Fee Payment Terms and Conditions :
* Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
* Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
* Fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any clause of the School.
* T&C, privacy policy, entity legal name & contact us details need to be update on website.

We aim for high availability and may perform scheduled maintenance. The Company is not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control. Schools will be notified in advance of planned downtime where feasible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for direct damages will not exceed the subscription fees paid by the School in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or business interruption.

The Company may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or actions that threaten security or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, Schools can request data export within a specified window; otherwise, the Company may archive or securely delete data in accordance with the Data Retention policy.

All intellectual property rights in SwiftCampus (software, documentation, branding) remain the property of Swipetouch Edutech Pvt. Ltd. Schools retain ownership of the data they input into the system.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company may update these Terms. Notice of material changes will be provided via the portal or email. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

• Student data: identification (name, DOB, roll no.), academic records, attendance, enrolment, medical notes (if provided), and fee transactions.
• Parent/guardian data: contact details, communication logs, and payment references.
• Staff data: personal details, employment records, payroll and bank account details (for payroll processing), tax information where required.
• System data: login timestamps, IP addresses, device/browser metadata, and usage analytics.

We process personal data to provide core services (student information management, fee processing, payroll, assessments), for legal compliance, to respond to authorised requests by schools, and to maintain security and quality of service.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:

• Payment gateway providers for transaction processing.
• Cloud hosting, backup, and analytics providers under contract and with confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities when required by law or court order.

Contracts with third parties include security, confidentiality, and limited-purpose clauses. Schools remain the primary data controllers for their institution's data.

Security controls include:

• Transport encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit.
• Role-based access control & multi-level permissions.
• Encrypted backups and secure data storage.
• Regular security audits, vulnerability management, and access logging.

Note: Schools should enable strong passwords, MFA for administrator accounts, and follow internal security policies.

Fee payments initiated through SwiftCampus are processed via third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. The Company stores only transaction references and settlement details required for reconciliation. Full card or banking credentials are not stored by the Company unless expressly agreed and then stored only under strict compliance requirements.

Data is retained for the duration of the subscription and longer where required by law or agreed retention schedules. Schools may request export of data in common formats (CSV/JSON) prior to termination. After agreed retention windows, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Users and data subjects may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through their school administrators. The Company will assist Schools in responding to lawful data subject requests and has processes to comply with legal obligations regarding data portability, access, and rectification.

The portal uses cookies for session management and analytics. Users can clear or block cookies via browser settings, but core features (login, session persistence) may be impacted.

Personal data may be stored and processed on servers located in India and/or other jurisdictions. Where cross-border transfer occurs, we rely on contractual safeguards and appropriate legal mechanisms to protect personal data.

Student data belongs to the school. The School (as data controller) is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent for processing children’s personal data. The Company processes children’s data only under the direction of the School and for the provision of educational services.

In the event of a confirmed personal data breach affecting SwiftCampus, the Company will notify impacted Schools and take reasonable steps to contain and remediate the incident. Notification timing will balance the need for prompt disclosure against investigative and legal constraints. The Company will provide affected Schools with available information about the nature and scope of the breach and recommended mitigation steps.
